Surf & Spanish - All Inclusive

Arriving in Puerto Escondido, México. From the airport or any bus station where you arrive, you can take one of the taxis waiting outside to Punta Zicatela. Our camp is easy to find and once you have arrived you will be able to check-in and start the surf camp adventure. Today you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the nearby ocean, or simply spend your time relaxing at the camp and mingle with like-minded people.

18:30 Cultural Workshop - We have Surf and Yoga from Monday to Saturday, so you can choose if you want to rest 1 day from surf or take every day from Monday to Friday

A typical Monday / First day in Experiencia

9:00 Begin Spanish classes, communicative grammar.
9:50 - 10:00 rest
10:00 - 11:40 2nd block of communicative grammar
11:40 - 12:00 Receive an orientation: Spanish timetable, cultural activities and security.
12:00 - 12:20 Lunch
12:20 - 14:00 conversation class
16.00 - 18:00 Surf Lessons
19:00 - 20:00 Yoga Lesson

The surf class lasts for 2 hours: warm-up (5-10 min), surfing and warm-down (5-10 min). Boards, lycras and instructors are included.

There are waves suitable for learning all year round, and the water is almost always very warm. Sometimes big waves come to our home surfspot in May-June. In this case we use our school bus to go to another spot where the waves are not big and it is good for beginners.

Classes include conversation, grammar, listening comprehension, writing, speaking, vocabulary, and idiomatic expressions. The class style is linguistic and cultural immersion.

All teachers are Mexicans with college degrees and teaching experience.
